Recruitment Solutions Alba was founded in October 2016 by Lisa Pollock, previous to this Lisa had attended university, training to become a Careers Advisor. On completion of her degree she found a job in recruitment to bridge the gap before finding the right job in her chosen field, but quickly realised that she loved it, enjoying all aspects of her role in the recruitment industry. After 5 years of working with the agency Lisa felt it was time to take the plunge and set up on her own and Recruitment Solutions Alba was born!

We believe the foremost importance is to fit a candidate into the kind of work they are looking for rather than fit them into what we need to fill.
